Book a consultation with us

We recently advised and supported two (2) Higher Education providers in the areas of Strategic planning and Wellness, respectively.

We advised, consulted and facilitated a public Higher learning institution on of their Strategic Planning process, in collaboration with Dr Graeme Lategan, against the inputs of key legislative regulations and the outcomes of an institutional analysis. This fed into a clearer Vision and Mission statement and a renewed set of Key Strategic Objectives, organisational readiness to cascade measurable goals and objectives into performance plans, policies and programmes.

We provided input at a private higher institution at their Wellness symposium with the goal of equipping educators with practical tools to enhance well-being in schools. “Building resilient learning communities: embedding mental health into the heart of education” – this was done by workshopping educators and social workers and framing a discussion embedding mental health into educational institutions. Our mandate was to lean into the focus areas and by finding expression against 3 themes of:

• Creating sustainable mental wellness strategies across departments

• Student support and emotional well-being and

• Empowering staff as front-line allies in student care
